are there any motivational podcasts to listen to while cleaning??

I was just wondering if y'all had found any.  I have this time to myself and I thought if I listened to some good cleaning/organizing talk, I wouldn't get tired and quit!!

i have been known to watch CLean House or shows like that to motivate me to get cleaner, one sunday they had a marathon of something like 10 shows and wow i got my house cleaner than it had been in years!
