I am finally about at my prepreg weight - finally saw the scale drop below 140. Now I'd like to get back to my pre-prepreg weight (maybe 130...) My weight dropped really fast to 145 but took forever to drop any lower (would lose 2 lbs, gain 2lbs etc).
I'm watching my calories on myfitnesspal (thanks Amanda for the rec) and I'm running 3x a week and doing 30 day shred 3x a week. I go back to work in 3 weeks so it is going to be a lot harder to work out then.
My babies will be 3 months in 3 days! wow.
dsb! I am such a slacker with calories right now. Hubby leaves for four months in April and I plan to really get serious then. He wants to make eggs, prepare dinners for our family, etc. and I need to let him do that for us without telling him to please measure my butter, weigh my piece of bread, etc. ;) I also plan to do the Shred and use the treadmill once he's gone. I feel like I have a lot more time to focus on me and what I need to get done when he's away. ;) Just the way it is.... I will back back to mfp soon. I'm so glad it's working well for you! What will your work schedule be once you go back?
Az, more will come off. Much, much more! It took MONTHS to grow your little babe, it will take months to drop the extra weight, but it will go!
