I'm hoping to go back to my prepreg weight of 140 pretty quickly with minimal effort. I've only gained about 35-40 lbs so far and I anticipate that between twin babies and all that breast feeding the weight will come off quickly. Getting toned and a presentable middle section is another story and I anticipate a bit of a struggle.
I looked my best when I was 125 but that was when I was in my mid 20s and had the luxury of living at the gym practically. I think my goal weight now will be a toned 135 with a good core as my metabolism now is a lot different then 10 years ago.
I hate working out on my own and really need to be in a class to get a good work out. That was hard to arrange with 1 child and I'm not sure it will be possible with 3. I tried insanity dvd but ended up just sitting on the floor watching the people jump around on the tv.
I was doing cross fit training until I got pregnant this past spring and I'm hoping they will let me just bring the twins in bouncy seats I can sit them on the side while I work out. I guess that depends on their disposition though :) I'm also hoping to do couch to 5K again (I never actually ran the 5K but it was nice knowing that I could if I wanted to) - maybe I can find someone to do it with me in my area - also something I will need child care for as I don't think I will be dragging all 3 kids with me for that. If I actually start doing it regularly maybe I will get a good double jogging stroller and just take the twins.
