I wish I could choose where the weight came off of. I still have a sizable belly :(
The weight loss has slowed down since I went back to work. I don't have as much time to exercise and when I arrange childcare it is usually so I can go to work (I'm really missing going to the gym right now)
Tracking food really helps though. I notice that I usually lose 1-2 lbs on weeks I track and I don't lose on weeks I don't track. I'm not really eating any better - I think I must just eat less on days I track. That reminds me - I think I am going to go put some nutella on a graham cracker. Since I am tracking this week I better only eat one.
