With the last of the green tomatoes, I usually make hot chow-chow and can it. I was wondering if anyone had a special recipe they'd share that may be different. I've been using the same one for a while and I think we'd like a change. I have a lot of green tomatoes and some small peppers and even a couple of small cabbages and kohlrabi. Is there anything else to do with the last of the garden produce? I'm assuming the only thing to do is to make some sort of pickle with it, but open to all sorts of suggestions. TIA!
