Natural pediatrician in Hagerstown/Martinsburg/Frederick area?

This is probably a long shot, but I am looking for a natural or holistic pediatrician in my area (Frederick, Hagerstown, MD to Chambersburg, PA to Martinsburg, WV). Anyone have any suggestions? I just don't want a doctor that prescribes antibiotics for everything and insists on vaccines. Apparently they don't exist.

This is not exactly in the area you are talking of, but there is Gaia healing center in Mt. Airy.  http://www.gaiahealing.com/

They don't take insurance.  However, for me, they fill out the paperwork which I send to my insurance company who reimburses me for some of it.

My husband used to live in Mt. Airy and a lot of his family still does, so that drive is not out of the question.

Do you know if they accept babies/children? I'm finding that with a lot of these more natural healing places, hardly any have websites, so it is harder to gather information on them.
