I have had a Mirana IUD in for almost 4.5y. Our kids are 4.5y, 5.5y, almost 10 and almost 11. I have been having some health issues (mostly migrains). So dh, my midwife (friend) and I decided that getting the IUD out might change things.
Since I got it out DH is not much into wanting to prevent in other ways. It was only taken out this week. Both of us have changed (grown spiritually) in the last year. So who knows what is in the future for us. Waiting on getting my cycle back too.
