BG pocket inserts converted to Flip inserts

Hi everyone! I want to convert my BG pocket inserts, which are microfiber on both sides into BG Flip inserts, which have flannel(?) on one side and microfiber on the other.

I have searched for how to do this, and I cant find anything. Im not sure that material is actually flannel. Any advice would be helpful

It's suedecloth. I don't know quite how you'd do it - perhaps it's as easy as cutting a piece of suedecloth to fit and sewing it down?

Alternatively, Cottonbabies sells (or did sell) suedecloth "sleeves" that you can slip the MF insert into and then use as a Flip insert. They're quite useful.
