What are some good resources to get started? 2 out of 3 of my children barely eat meat as it is, I have to eat *some* meat to a problem with absorption with non-heme sources of iron, but 1 serving in a week of a quality iron source like liver could fill that need. My husband will likely never give up meat, but I would like him to drastically cut down.
Any good resources with ideas for meal plans? I would also like to eat as in tune with the seasons as possible.
