birth control problems

i have never had a regular period in my life time and was told that i would never be able to have children but just had my first child in august when to my ob to have an IUD put in and it has falling out i cant use condoms because i don't get an organism with them the hormonal birth controls give me really bad depression i just want to be able to have sex with my man with out getting prego again we love our baby but know we cant afford to have another right now but i also don't want to stop having sex either and withdrawal doesn't work either that is when i usually have the best organism. what should i do.

Even if you're not regular you can chart. You could take a NFP class. Once you learn, there's no cost and it's hormone free and effective (as long as you follow the rules).

I won't ever go back on hormonal birth control either and IUD's scare me.  Charting can be quite effective once you get to know your cycles well enough and learn which rules you need to use.  Charting does involve periods of abstinence or alternative barrier methods during your fertile time, but it still allows for quite a bit of unprotected time if you properly follow the rules.  I highly recommend looking into it.  If you need some guidance, please do not hesitate to post in these forums and join the Charting to Avoid Thread for support and tips.
