Definitely ask your dr... but my plan is to just decrease from 100 mg to 75 mg of B6 after I get a BFP. I just would feel a bit nervous about taking 100 mg while pregnant since it's a high dose. I read on the internet that taking B6 may help with morning sickness, and I had horrible sickness when pregnant with DS, so I expect it again. It said to take 25 mg 3 times per day (totaling 75 mg) to help with the sickness. So that's what I'm going to do- but I'm also going to ask my dr.
