Well, the kids are the most important part.....but horse experience is a bonus! Looking for a nanny for my two little girls (ages 26 months and 6 months) who is availble on an "as needed" basis. Work week will usually be 40-50 hours per week, with some weekends and overnights as needed - in my home. One day off guarenteed per week, but some weeks are slower than others and allow for more than 1. Duties include caring for the girls, light housekeeping and preparing meals for the 2 year old. We operate a very busy racing stable and are on the road alot, so I need someone who is responsible to oversee the property. We currently have 25 horses both racing and retired, so horse experience or just a general like of the animal is a plus.
