We have the chance to have many people around the world learn about Midwives and Mama's. Every year CNN has a show called CNN Hero's. This year Robin Lim an American Midwife who lives and runs a Bumi Sehat Birth Center in Bali. has made it to the TOP 10! It is a big event on CNN with lots of press and the show is played over and over on CNN in US and internationally. Which means in airports all over the world, politicians offices, and many homes world wide. If Robin wins we all win. Robin promotes good care for all pregnant women. She does not limit this to her birth center or homebirths. If a mama needs a c-section the clinic pays for it. Basically her message is MAMA'S AND THEIR BABIES ARE IMPORTANT!
