He called cps?

Stbx has been giving me all kids of trouble mow he has called child protective service. I'm so mad I'm a good mom trying to make it working and no money yet from him we go to court nov 1. Just wondering what to expect any advice???

CPS will give you help if it is needed and if the call was unwarnted it will make him look very bad in the courts eyes. Try not to worry too much about it.

Had a similar thing happen to me. I was taking my ex back to court for not paying child support. One day I get a call from DHR and they want to come to the house to talk to me. I immediately suspected it was my ex who called and then later on, he admitted it to me after the visit. It caused alot of anxiety but everything was fine. I explained to the DHR lady what was going on with my ex and taking him back to court. She rolled her eyes and said that the case would be closed and not to worry. She had to visit my son's school to talk to the counselor as part of the process and then a few weeks later, the case was closed. She called to let me know.
