I made the best soup out of the Jan/Feb 2010 issue of Mothering. It was a sweet potato/chipotle soup with quinoa. I'm going camping tomorrow and want to make it. Does anyone have this issue and would be willing to give me the recipe?? I thought I still had it but we recently moved and I'm afraid I may have thrown it out. :( I would be so grateful if someone would help me out! TIN! :)
