Review policy for healthcare provider clarification. Site guidelines different in two places.

Would you clarify the police for healthcare providers, please?  

Under the review section Iin the blue bar above next to forums) it says this, "Guidelines for Practitioners and Services Reviews...We allow for both positive and negative reviews."  Here: http://www.mothering.com/community/products/guidelines-for-writing-reviews

In another section (found by another member, I'm not sure how to get to this section) it says this, "We do not wish to host negative remarks or comments about practitioners..."  Here: http://www.mothering.com/community/a/healthcare-provider-review-policy

Which one of these is current?  Thanks.

The guidelines in the Reviews section is the one to refer to. The other one was an old one for the forums. We no longer host practitioner reviews in threads so those guidelines are no longer applicable (I removed it). Thanks for pointing this out.

The OLD review policy could be found as a sticky on our tribal's forum page as a sticky, but the artical has now been deleted - thank you!

A fellow poster asked "If we're going to name a provider, it has to be in the reviews section? If we're voicing frustrations and don't name someone... can it stay where it is? As a vent and not a "review"?"

I'd like some clarification on this too.  :)

If you clearly avoid naming or giving information that would easily identify the individual to people reading the thread then that would be fine. But then it should be in a Pregnancy or Birth forum and not a tribal area forum.
