Hilton Head Ped recommendation?

Hi! We are newly moved to HIlton Head Island, and need a good Ped!  DD is 4 now, so most of the scary vaccs are out of the way, and all the strange looks about extended BFing are over....but we still want a hipper minded Ped.  

Anyone out there from the island here?
