How to start a new thread?

How do I start a new thread in one of the forums? I used to be able to click "New Thread" like the one for this one that says "Start a New Thread" but now I don't see one (in the Nutrition Forum). Thank you.

Ah, thank you.  It must have been my computer on that particular day, because I swear, I have posted many times before and knew exactly what and where to look for it, plus those green boxes are super easy to spot, but that day I searched high and low all over the page and couldn't find it.  Weird.  Anyway, ...again, thank you.

eta:  I just checked it now and the page looks different, the green box is there now, thanks.  (I wasn't imagining things!  100 % positive it wasn't there last time I looked.)
