Hi Folks.  I am usually just a lurker in this forum, but our local paper features a nominated local cook each week.  I thought you all might be interested in this week's chef.  She is a raw foodie who now runs a catering business!

She uses dairy-free guacamole as a salad dressing. OK, but isn't guacamole usually dairy free? I just use avocado, garlic, lime juice and zest and a little RealSalt and pepper. No cooking, no dairy.
