Frugal Food Sites?

I did a quick look and didn't see exactly what I am looking for so I hope you don't mind that I started a new thread.  My family has come out the other end of living on a drastically slimmer budget.  It took us about 2 years to adjust, sigh, but I'm getting the hang of things.  In the past year the food situation has been a bit sad - we've let go of some of our ideals and optimal nutrition just trying to stay on budget.  BUT, I'm feeling ready to put the energy back into good food.  I'd love some resources for eating well on a limited budget.  Thanks so much!

If you have a Kindle, see about this book.  It's free and I just finished it.  It talks alot about having a different attitude towards food, and how to make use of some foods, such as oats.  Talks alot about what foods vs. what other foods give you the best fuel, protein, etc.  I got some really good ideas from it!
