Anyone make their own kefir?

If so where did you get your starter culture? I am looking for a reputable place to buy from.

I make my own milk kefir. I got my starter grains from my raw milk supplier. My grains grow pretty quickly and I'm looking to give them away every 1-2 months. Check around in your area to see if anyone has some to give away. Also check your local Craig's list to see what is out there.

I would love to start making water kefir, but have been unable to find any in my area. I've not checked any places to order/buy them, maybe someone else has some suggestions.
