Do you get gallbladder attacks If you eat a lot of natural fats (animal fats, etc.)?

They say to avoid fat if you have gallbladder attacks. So they assume that fat causes gallbladder attacks. So, tell me if eating natural fats causes you to have gallbladder attacks.

Eating a lot of fat, be it animal or vegetable derived, does have a tendency to trigger gallbladder attacks in my family. There really is no difference between the fats in this regard. Though, then we are talking massive amounts of fat for several days straight before it hits. Like fries and mayonnaise for every meal of the day.

If you are having attacks, it means your body is not producing enough bile salts. You can buy bile salts that are from grass fed animals.
Google, and choose the one that seems right for you.
You may need to take them long term, or just until the bile duct has recieved enough support to function well on its own.

Absolutely. Been there done that. Gallbladder pain can be very punctual - eat fatty foods, suffer later.

A bit of anecdotal evidence: Holiday season + Heavy traditional foods = Busy time for those who do gallbladder surgeries.
