Spam me w/your best tnt EASY recipes for a bake sale

I have to bake 5 items for a bake sale at our community Fall Festival this weekend.  I want something different but things that will sell, yk?  Help! I don't want to do the same ole cookies.  I will definitely do a lemon chess pie.  I was thinking of my crispy oatmeal cookies recipe that I've been making since I was a child, but still need 3 more ideas.

 

I do NOT live around crunchy people.  They won't buy good stuff, lol.

What about pumpkin muffins with a dob of sweetened cream cheese in the center--pumpkin cheesecake muffins?

If you can find a source for the tins, single serve pies are a huge hit around here at our Fall Festival.  One recipe of pumpkin pie filling will make four pies.  People also like to buy puppy chow (the crispix cereal, chocolate chip and powdered sugar concoction).  Mini loaves of banana/pumpkin/zucchini bread?

Great ideas!  Keep 'em coming.  I didn't think about MINI pies.  That is a really good idea, and hopefully will raise more $.

I love these chocolate chip pumpkin bars

 

I personally favor the mini loaves of pumpkin/zucchini/cranberry orange bread at bake sales myself (OR do them as muffins and make cream cheese frosting to top them, yum).

 

Pound cake is also nice.

 

Cinnamon rolls are nice too.  

 

And these aren't quite the most 'simple' recipe (but not terribly hands on either - I mean it's basic bread baking, so there you go) but these pain aux raisin and cream cheese snails are fantastic.
