As the sun is going down I am dreading the night possibilities tonite. My 7 and 4 year old woke up last night with a 103 fever that subsided today with a wet cough. My eldest's fever is back. We aren't medicating it until possibly later in the night. The babe has felt warm-er and has acted a bit grumpy so I am wondering if I may see his fever creep in tonight~ What are the things I should keep an eye out for in such a small babe. Is there a dosage for fever reducer for him,  he is almost 3 months and is close to 16-17 pounds. OR what are some other preparedness I can take? I am pumping up my own self with high doses of SA and hoping he gets some of that...
