At the prompting of my holistic dentist, I have started a morning protocol of 1 tbsp lemon juice+ 1 tbsp ACV mixed with 1c unfilterad apple juice. I am aware of obvious benefits regarding my ph, and so far (1.5 weeks) my 6 month old DD has not complained regarding the breastmilk (she is exclusively breastfed, btw). My question is, could this ACV mix have jumpstarted my period? I got it suddenly on the 7th day with ACV. This is my first child, and there have been no major changes in her eating patterns etc. Thank you!
