Wooden Santa and/or Christmassy Dollhouse Set

I posted this in the general toy area, but no one has responded. Hope it's okay to post again here!

I'm hoping to find a wooden Santa and/or other Christmassy dollhouse size set while DD is still loving her dollhouse. Does anyone have feedback on these sets or have you seen others? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I really like this Ryan's Room set that apparently isn't available any more??

This one is simple but might be okay.

Then I saw that Magic Cabin offers this set, which isn't exactly the figures I'd like to have.

Can I ask what dollhouse you have? 

I don't know much about any but the first looks super cute, too bad it's not available! The Magic Cabin one looks neat too -- try Etsy as well!

Not exaggerating at all, we actually got about $400 worth of Ryan's Room furniture etc along with the Home Again dollhouse and the expansion for the dollhouse for $60 through Craigslist!!

I've been checking Etsy, but nothing in particular has stood out. Seen anything there?
