We are on week one of no soy, wheat, dairy, or eggs. Ugh.

Anyhow, as I went to grab my crisco to quickly season my cast iron, I stopped and... SOY! AHHH! What do I do? I use lard, right? I know lard is the preference, but I can't say I'm thrilled about the idea. Anyone use something other than lard?Â
