Boston homebirth- where to file birth certificate?

We just had a homebirth on Monday in Boston.  We need to expedite getting a birth certificate because we have to fly in a few weeks due to a family emergency.  Baby will be 3 weeks old.  We have the affadavit and worksheet from our midwives, but have no idea where to go to file it.  Any ideas?  City hall?  We'd hate to go to the wrong place.

Thank you!

Hope you found your answer already. City Hall is where you get a birth certificate (the birth/death/marriage registry area is in the basement - they can direct you. Check the hours, but if you go in person, and have all the info, you walk away with the birth certificate (multiple copies too).
