Cambridge mamas?

I live in Impington, just north of Cambridge. I'm a mum of 3 (8 months, 2 and a half and 4 and a half). I home-birthed, co-sleep, sling and breastfeed.  Just wondered if there were any other AP mums close to me as it would be great to chat and maybe meet up. I know lots of lovely mums but not many 'get' my choices so would be good to connect with similar mums.

Hi Lily!

We just moved to Cambridge from the states this fall. We live in Girton--- my children are much older (6.5 an 9) but we're "guilty" of AP as well. No circ/homebirth/cloth diapers/breastfed/babywearing/co-sleeping criminals when they were infants.  We homeschooled until we moved to the UK, but I've been pleasantly surprised at the local primary school and the children have adjusted nicely.

I haven't been on the Mothering forums since my littles were small, so I'm still getting used to the new format. I'd be interested in meeting with other mamas for some tea and support! By the way, I hear there's a Steiner school nearby---those parents are likely a good source of support as well.
