s/he doesnt even need to be doctor, just somebody who could help. i am going to probably have to pay out of pocket anyway. i am willing to drive pretty far even though i live in hopatcong area.  even though i am pretty poor, i realize this is necessary. i have a daughter almost 4 years old who has been suffering from almost chronic constipation since she started eating solids around 7/8 months old. she is still breastfed. diagnosed with asthma last year  though it aint too bad, pretty intense allergic shines. very aggressive tendencies. i am a single parent who just lost my job and i am going out of my mind!  our regular pediatrician is a very nice man but he likes to throw medications, laxatives, and antibiotics at every concern. he does not seem to think her behavior, constipation, or pale complexion with raccoon eyes to be anything serious,  just normal kid stuff!  she was tested rast for allergies, she came up level 2 positive for egg whites, dog and cat. we have a dog and a cat. we dont eat too much eggs. doc said level 2 wasnt to be worried about. i dont know too much about holistic medicine but i want somebody that takes in the whole picture. there is alot going on with her and i feel most of it is due to some singular cause. i feel as if alot may be allergy driven. i would try to treat her myself but i dont know where to begin. i would really like some guidance.

NJ family 11/11 (free flier) has something about holistically healthy children. You can get one at your library. Maybe they have some DR listed in there? I forgot to get it yesterday. I would check it out.

I heard a lot of good things about Dr. Rosen in Oradell NJ.  Unfortunately, I live an hour away from his office so we ended up going with someone closer.  Here's the website.

I second Dr. Rosen in Oradell. I'm not sure if they have a waiting list or not, but we've been taking our 8 month old son there since he was born and have always been happy with the nurses/doctors there. I hope your little girl gets some relief soon!!!
