Which is it?

I'm breastfeeding and have been doing a strict elimination diet for the past few months.  I just started reintroducing foods.  One week ago I started eating soy again and then yesterday I reintroduced dairy.  Today DS's eczema was back with a vengeance.  Is it more likely the soy or the milk?  Thanks!!

I would guess dairy. Take it back out and see if you get back to baseline.  I would cut it asap because the more/longer you eat it, the more time it'll take to clear again.
