I've read that losing weight is a way to detox before TTC because many toxins are stored in body fat. Also exercising til you sweat can release some toxins through your pores. Drinking a lot of water is another good way to get those toxins out of the body. Thats about all I know. I'm personally a little skeptical about some of those detox diets. Just eating organic and staying away from the bad stuff is what I try to do. Drinking filtered water, cleaning with natural products like vinegar, water, baking soda, lemon juice, etc. and using natural body care products without chemicals like parabens, pthalates, PPGs, fragrances, and petrochemicals.
