Would you call your doctor/midwife about this?

I am now 13 weeks and although it was early, I started feeling the baby flutter around a couple weeks ago.  Well over the past few days I haven't felt anything and just haven't "felt" pregnant.  My next appointment isn't for a few more weeks, but I feel like making a phone call to see if I can see the doctor to get reassurance of hearing the heartbeat.  Am I just being too paranoid?  I didn't think I would feel like this the second time around.  My last ultrasound revealed that the baby has a "simple cyst on the fetal abdomen" so maybe I'm just super anxious and unsettled about that too.  What would you do?

I would absolutely call. If you are really worried about something, it is always worth a quick call to the midwife, IMO. A quick heartbeat check might give you the peace of mind you need. Stressing about it for the next few weeks while you wait for your next appointment just doesn't seem like a good idea to me. As far as not feeling pregnant, I think it is pretty typical as you enter the 2nd trimester to feel "less pregnant". For many people, morning sickness stops, they aren't as exhausted, etc., so it can feel scary like you lost your symptoms, but really it is just your hormones/body adjusting as you progress in the pregnancy. Hang in there, mama!

Thanks, ladies!  I think I'll call tomorrow. I think at least being able to hear the heartbeat in the mean time would be nice.
