Ultrasound showed cyst on baby's abdomen. Scared.

At my nuchal translucency ultrasound (at 11 weeks) it was discovered that there is possibly a cyst on the fetal abdomen.  I say "possible" because the doctor said it could just be part of the anatomy, maybe the kidney and not a cyst at all.  Level II ultrasound scheduled for the end of November.  Has anyone else been through this and if so, what was the outcome?  I know that there is a possibility that it might go away as the pregnancy progresses, but just last year we had to deal with my 2 year old's cancer (Neuroblastoma tumor in her belly) so this finding on the ultrasound has me going absolutely crazy.   Just curious to see if anyone else out there can relate.
