Classes/programs for toddler in orange county area?

Hi mamas!

I live in the OC and am having a time meeting/finding fun/stimulating things to do with my almost 2yo. Any programs or classes you local mamas could recommend?

I am not looking to drop off DD or a daycare environment. Thanks!

If you are looking for free activities, they are much harder to come by!

Most libraries have free morning story time, just check the library's web-page.

The Fullerton arboretum is a great free place to explore and take nature walks.

Many churches have low-cost mom's groups that allow you to meet with other moms to discuss parenting/life topics - some provide child care, others have you keep your kiddo with you, and are more play-oriented.

Old Town Orange is a fun place to walk, lot's of people out and about, great cafes, and the plaza park.

Earthroots has toddler and mom classes in south OC and orange county Waldorf school in Costa mesa has mommy and me as well. There is a lot of that type of thing around. Good luck

Check out granolababies.com and click on 'classes/shop local'. They have tons of fun classes. Also, it's a great way to meet other like minded mamas and you can get more ideas/info from them. :)
