Delivering Multiples in Boise?

I'm curious to hear about anyone's experience delivering multiples in the Boise area.  Who did you deliver with and where?  Suggestions?  Did you go out of state to get the midwife delivery or home birth you wanted after the midwifery laws changed last year?  Has anyone had good success in hospital and been able to decline routine hospital interventions that weren't necessary for an uncomplicated delivery of twins?  A friend is expecting twins for pregnancy #4 after having a C/S with #1, VBAC in hospital for #2, and a natural vaginal in a birthing center for #3.  The hope was to have #4 at home, but alas, she's expecting twins and can't legally deliver at home or with a midwife at a birthing center!
