Hi all - DS is 14 months old, goes to daycare full-time, and is just one of those kids who seems to catch every cold. I'd like to do what I can to safely help boost his immune system, especially with winter approaching.
I don't currently do anything specifically for immune boosting, but here are the things in our favor right now: DS is still breastfeeding, he loves to eat yogurt, and he is not fond of sugar (aside from fruit) so doesn't eat much of it. On the negative side, he is a finicky eater and does not eat as many fruits and veggies as he should.
What has worked for you with your kids? I'm open to anything!
