Eliminating things from diet help

So I have a feeling that something in my diet is why Owen is so fussy.  I can't put my finger on exactly what it is, but my mommy instincts are just making me feel like it's *something*.  What kind of things should I eliminate from my diet to try and figure out what may be a potential culprit?  I've drastically cut back dairy already (I mean I eat a small amount of cheese maybe once per week tops) and I've cut out caffeine.  Should I completely cut out dairy?  Soy?  What are common things that can cause food sensitivities?

Google "Dr. Sears Elimination Diet" for info on how to figure out food sensitivities. Have you also looked into Overactive Letdown? It shares a lot of similarities with food sensitivities, symptom-wise.  Best of luck!
