I've been thinking a lot about the recent recommendation from the CDC that boys be vaccinated for HPV. There are so many questions. And, this vaccine seems to be a stretch. Its recommendation is based on research that shows some benefits for homesexual men and some benefits for heterosexual men, but the benefits are not consistent among all men. The recommendation is also based on boys helping girls, or men helping women, by getting the vaccine, but its efficacy does not last until they are adults. Not to mention the whole distraction from STD screening.

I just wrote my blog about it, HPV for Boys?, if you want to check it out.

What are you all thinking about this new recommendation for HPV for Boys?

Also, there's a very great new film, The Greater Good, streaming live on Mercola until March 5th. It documents the story, among others, of one girl affected by the HPV vaccine.Â
