Holiday Helpers 2011 - knit/crochet along??

I'm heading up Holiday Helpers this year, and as I was compiling the master needs list, I noted that there are several scarves/gloves/hat type of requests.

I would love craft for families in need.  I saw some scarves and clothes that I would probably be able to make.  Anybody else willing to work on these?
