Pretty much the same here. It depends on how much of the spinach is bad and how wilted or yellow the rest of it is. A few black leaves usually aren't a problem. They can be picked out and the rest rinsed and used. Too many and I find the whole bunch smells and isn't good. If the bunch is wilted but not yet all black and greasy, I'll use it in soups or smoothies.
