Hi,
When u get a bag of spinach and some leaves start to go black what do you do? Do you chuck all the leaves out? I am wondering if those that are going or have gone bad can make the whole bag worthless. Usually, we chuck the whole bag.
Thanks.

Pretty much the same here. It depends on how much of the spinach is bad and how wilted or yellow the rest of it is. A few black leaves usually aren't a problem. They can be picked out and the rest rinsed and used. Too many and I find the whole bunch smells and isn't good. If the bunch is wilted but not yet all black and greasy, I'll use it in soups or smoothies.
