Anyone been tricked out of assets???
I don't know what happened to my thread title lol.
I've had a few long conversations with my father about the fact that sbx is trying to trick me into signing the house deed over to him, and he has a third car he doesn't know I am aware of. The house is in foreclosure and my father is concerned that sbx is going to let it go into foreclosure and then either he or his girlfriend will buy it back so I will get no share in the equity. Have any of you been done out of money this way or been able to prevent ot from happening? I am going to ask my attorny about it as this is something I know sbx is seriously trying to do,
