Congrats to those nearing and reaching their goals! How exciting!
I'm down to 173 this week. I didn't even manage to find time to exercise, because I spend almost all my time in the kitchen cooking everything from scratch these days. I was put on a total elimination diet by my GP to weed out whatever it is I'm still reacting to. It's been intense, but I'm dealing with it. The kids aren't too happy because I'm mostly putting them on the same diet at home. They still have milk and a little bread because we get those through WIC, but my next appt is first week of Dec and hopefully I'll get on an allergy friendly plan. I've lost just over 10lbs since going gluten/dairy free. I'm also comfortably fitting into my smallest pair of pants. I'll need to go shopping soon if this keeps up. ;)
