Now Registering!

 

I am currently registering for my next upcoming Bradley Method Class!

I still have a few openings for my Nov 4th - Feb 3rd class. This class will meet on Fridays from 7:00pm-9:30pm

at LifeSpring Midwifery near Ocotillo and Hawes Rd on the border of Queen Creek and Gilbert.

This 12 week class covers nutrition, exercise, relaxation, creating a birth plan, coaching, postpartum, new baby care and so much more!!
