HELP! My sister is suffering and we have no idea why :(

My sister is 20 years old. About a year ago she became ill and has been getting worse. She was diagnosed with lime disease and treated for it (its gone now) but still has a myriad of mysterious symptoms. Any help would be great here...TIA! Here are the symptoms:

-stabbing chest pains

-Dizziness
-eyes get blurry (maybe from dizziness)
-Nausea
-Poor Concentration & bad memory,  like she literally cant remember what i did yesterday.
-Frequent bathroom usage
-EXTREME fatigue, even when she sleeps for hours
- a weird random itchy rash on her neck
-ALWAYS cold, even when its hot
-Leg pain
-recently, she's been really short of breath (aside from normal smokers lung)

she no longer has lyme, doc is now sending her for a comprehensive metabolic panel, which is 14 specific tests, and a tsh test, which is for thyroid issues.

Sometimes infections can trigger an autoimmune disease. I would get tested for lupus and other autoimmune issues.

Has she been tested for diabtetes? A lot of the symptoms you listed (tieredness, thirst, shortness of breath,nausea) are often symptoms of high blood sugar. If it's not already been done I would ask for it to be done straight away.

I was diagnosed just over a year ago and while I didnt have all the classic symptoms the tierdness was taking me over completely. I could not make it through the day without a couple of naps and just felt constantly drained of energy.

I second this one.  I'm an example.  Also, from the two people I know with Lyme disease and are now cured they have some residual effects.

def could be thyroid related.  I have Graves disease currently in remission.  Sounds similar to what I had.  Look up Graves disease.  It sounds so much like what I have

Celiac could be another autoimmune disease triggered!
