I didn't have a UC because I couldn't figure out the logistics of it. By the time I had learned enough about it, I was too weary to find a way to make it happen. I had an unmedicated birth in a hospital. 

I just wanted to say how amazed I am at all of your strength and feminine energy. It's an amazing thing you all have done.

I think me looking up to these womens' courage for considering a UC and finding a way to make it happen is one reason I chose to UC. Among wanting a healing birth for me and a gentle entrance for this child. After researching and finding much more gentle ways to go about things, I was apalled at how cold and rough hospitals can seem to be with mother and child.
