Symptoms were awful, then just gone?

Hello everyone,
I am 7.5 weeks pregnant, and for the past three days my symptoms have disappeared completely. Is this always an ominous sign?

Not neccessarily. Mine were pretty on and off in all 3 of my first trimesters. In my 2nd pregnancy I just outright stopped all symptoms by week 10. He was a healthy baby boy. Good luck! Is this your first pregnancy?

Thank you! I can't remember whether or not I experienced this the past few times. This is my fourth pregnancy, and hopefully third live birth. With my previous miscarriage, I recall having symptoms until my hCG dropped back down to approx. 20, so that gives me hope. It's just seems like a long wait until I can palpate my fundus at that top of my pubic bone to reassure myself things are going well, and an even longer wait before a fetoscope will pick up a heartbeat.

I was able to locate a good, strong heart beat yesterday with a Doppler, but today I am having brown discharge, and the heart beat is gone.

Being able to find a heartbeat at 7.5 weeks is pretty incredible and lucky. I wouldn't panic not being able to find it again. That doesn't necessarily mean anything. The brown discharge could be a number of things. Hang in there! Fingers crossed for you!

I decided to have an ultrasound, and the baby has a heart beat, and is measuring perfectly on time, but I do have a subchorionic hemorrhage.
