How does the No-vaccine thing work in the state of VA?

I am in NOVA and I am doing limited vaccines for my child and they are delayed. When she starts preschool, can I do a religious exemption? Is VA one of those all or nothing states (either you say you have done NO vaccinations for religious reasons or you must do all of them?) Do they ask what religion you are and do you have to prove it somehow?

We use a religious exemption and have never been questioned, but we don't do any vaccines. I'm not sure how it works if you selectively vaccinate. I would think that it would still hold because you could always argue that your are morally opposed to the ingredients in certain vaccines, but not others. Honestly, I wish all states would just allow philosophical exemptions =/
