We transitioned out of co-sleeping and it's not going so well

Two weeks ago my kids started sleeping in their own room. They're not babies, they're children, 3 and almost 5 years old. Both of them love their new beds and feel good about being in their own room (they share a room, so they're not alone).

The three year old is doing fine. Most nights he sleeps soundly through the night; a few times he's woken up and come looking for me, but goes back to sleep easily.

My almost 5 year old daughter went from sleeping soundly through the night to waking several times needing me to reassure her back to sleep.

I'd rather not move her back into my room because she's so proud of herself for sleeping in her own room. I often go into her room with her half way through the night, which is OK, but not very comfortable.

I'm looking for ways to help her out with her night fears so we can all sleep well.

I wish I had tips, but my 4yo and 18mo are far from being ready for their own room together.  I'll be watching this thread for glimpses into the future.

I hope you get some ideas!
