That makes so much sense about the three month mark being rough! This weekend has been really trying for me, and for no particular reason so this makes SO much sense, thanks for sharing.
I've been feeling so down about my size lately, but today I keep telling myself to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem and its helping me make better food choices. I don't know about you guys but I feel like a hungry bear trying to store up fat for the winter or something. Amazingly over the past few weeks I haven't gained any more pounds, but I haven't lost any either which is so depressing.

Today I had a Luna Protein Bar for lunch and a HUGE salad for dinner with chicken. And now I'm craving cheese and crackers but I'm going to resist!!! For breakfast I had a pumpkin munchkin from Dunkin Donuts and a HUGE coffee! And, walked a mile in half an hour with DP and DD in the stroller.
